Lake Hartwell borders Georgia and South Carolina on the Savannah, Seneca, and Tugaloo Rivers. It is created by Hartwell Dam, which is located on the Savannah River. It extends 45 miles up the Seneca river and 49 miles up the Tugaloo river. Lake Hartwell contains about 56,000 acres of water and has 962 miles of shoreline.

This Lake Hartwell home is only 20 minutes to the cities of Anderson and Seneca, SC, and 50 minutes from the states fastest growing city, Greenville, and just 2 hours to Atlanta.

One half mile away, is an amazing restaurant (accessible by boat and car) which serves some of the best low country boil called T-60 grill and just 3 miles away some finger licking barbecue and ribs at The Spotted Pig. Most recently, about 2.5 miles away, a new pizza joint called Carolina Pizza (calzones too) made their way into Fair Play, SC, and it's truly incredible tasting.

Though you will have a dock for skipping down to your boat or jet ski, you certainly won't waste any time getting either of them into or out of the water since the boat ramp is less than a mile away.

How far away is gas? Exxon is just across the street from Carolina Pizza and ABC store. (2.5 miles away)
