Whether you are a buyer or seller, getting the best deal when you buy or sell your home cuts to the bottom line for both parties.
Begin your search with the search box at the top of this page.
For sale by owners are more likely to negotiate a better deal to the seller due to the huge savings from real estate agent fees. On average, agents take home 6% of the total sales price which can get quite hefty very fast!
Doing the math, the buyers and sellers agents receive $9000.00 from the sale of a $150,000 home with a 6% commission. A $200,000 home earns the agent a whopping $12,000 at this same rate.
With more room to bargain, it's needless to say, buying a home for sale by owner is a win/win for both parties, and we encourage you to shop around for homes where the owner can be your wallets best friend.

One half mile away, is an amazing restaurant (accessible by boat and car) which serves some of the best low country boil called T-60 grill and just 3 miles away some finger licking barbecue and ribs at The Spotted Pig. Most recently, about 2.5 miles away, a new pizza joint called Carolina Pizza (calzones too) made their way into Fair Play, SC, and it's truly incredible tasting.
Though you will have a dock for skipping down to your boat or jet ski, you certainly won't waste any time getting either of them into or out of the water since the boat ramp is less than a mile away.
How far away is gas? Exxon is just across the street from Carolina Pizza and ABC store. (2.5 miles away)
This home has a truly awesome, peaceful feel about it. Especially during summers days or rainy afternoons on the back porch. When all the neighbors are running inside from the rain, you'll be cozy and dry on the back porch custom made day bed for an experience which is hard to describe. The rain bouncing off the leaves is the perfect meditation sound courtesy of Mother Nature.
Safe and friendly neighborhood too! Everyone, and I mean everyone on this point use their homes as weekend getaways, with most living in Atlanta. I've been living here full time (the unofficial mayor of this point) for the past two years.
The camp site area on the second lot makes you feel like you are in a state park, but only better. The corner lot gives a sense of privacy. Light a few torches and camp fire and you'll soon realize what this place is all about as the crickets or birds chirp.
* Just across the water you see the Tugaloo state park. It's truly beautiful! Especially when foliage is in full bloom.
* Beautiful Lake Hartwell State Park is only 3 miles Away
